(Pool opens May 1) Relax with the whole family at this 3 bedroom comfy home 25 minutes from downtown Atlanta, Six Flags, Truist Park and the airport. Your hosts live across the street and have decorated with lots of midcentury touches that make you feel like you're staying at Grandma's house. Fully equipped kitchen and large dining space. Smart TV's throughout, inground pool and fire pit on 1 acre lot on a quiet street make this the ideal home for family holiday gatherings or a weekend in the Atlanta area.
The space
The master suite has a private bathroom with shower and King sized bed. Two more bedrooms have queen sized beds. Headboards have AC and USB outlets for charging your phone. All bedrooms have 43" HD smart TV's with streaming services.
The spacious living room has a 65" 4K smart tv with Netflix, Hulu, Prime and YouTube.
The dining area is large and perfect for large family gatherings. There is an adjoining "buffet" room ideal for setting up self serve dining for parties. There you will find enough dishes to serve 8-10 people as well as coffee machine and electric kettle.
The dine-in kitchen is fully equipped to handle any meal preparation tasks.
The main living area opens onto a massive private patio / inground pool area with dining area and outdoor seating. There is a gas griddle and fire pit.
The pool is open seasonally from May to October.

Guest have access to the entire upper floor of the house. (3 bedrooms, 2 baths, living room, kitchen and dining area) as well as the yard and private pool area. The basement and garage remained locked.

We can assist in making your special occasion memorable--just ask. In the past, we have made big family breakfasts and arranged catering. We also have an inflatable outdoor movie screen and projector that we can set up for a fun movie night when the weather cooperates. Just ask.
